The 7th and 8th grade girls traveled to Danbury Monday, Sept. 19. The 7th grade A and B team lost in two games, but they improved tremendously from last week. Even though there was improvement, there is always still room for more (especially serves). 8th grade B team won in 3 games. They were very excited! The 8th grade A team lost in 3 games. They played their booties off and they worked real hard. Missed serves is what killed us in the 3rd game. We would have dominated if we wouldn't have missed 7 consecutive serves! None the less, I am still very proud to have ALL of these girls as athletes and Coach Johnson and I are working hard with them every day. Our next game is Monday in Hitchcock.
